What we provide
Audacity Business Studio provides educational business tools, templates, AI-assisted guidance, and progress tracking to help you start, rebuild, or grow a business. You keep full ownership of the business content you create with our tools (your brand kit, copy, plans, and documents).
Not professional advice
Nothing in the platform — including AI agent responses, templates, checklists, and guides — is legal, tax, accounting, financial, or insurance advice. Document templates are educational starting points; have a licensed attorney review them before you rely on them. Experts available through our referral network are independent professionals, and your engagement is directly with them.
No income guarantees
Metrics like the Momentum Score™ and Income Readiness are educational progress measures based on the assets and systems you've built. They are not predictions, promises, or guarantees of revenue or business results. Your outcomes depend on your market, effort, and decisions.
AI-generated content
AI can make mistakes. Review AI-generated names, copy, and guidance before using them — including checking that a business name is available in your state and doesn't conflict with existing trademarks.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until canceled. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the paid period. One-time programs (such as Audacity Launch Day) are governed by the terms presented at checkout. Third-party costs — domains, state filing fees, software subscriptions, and expert sessions — are separate and paid by you.
Fair use
AI features are for your own business use within your account. We may apply reasonable rate limits and suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to resell access, or use the platform unlawfully.
Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, NJN Train & Consult is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
