What we collect
When you use our free tools or create a workspace, we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, and the business details you choose to share (such as your business idea, goals, and the content you create with our tools). If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe — we do not see or store your full card details.
Where your work is stored
During our early-access period, the work you create in the app (checklists, notes, brand kits, momentum data) is stored locally in your own browser on your device. It is not synced across devices, and clearing your browser data will remove it. As the platform matures, we will offer account-based storage and update this policy accordingly.
AI conversations
Messages you send to our AI agents, along with the business context you've provided, are transmitted to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate responses. Don't include sensitive personal information (like Social Security numbers or full financial account details) in agent conversations.
If you opt in on our free tools page, we'll send you our weekly launch tips and related offers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers who run the platform (hosting, payments, email delivery, AI processing) and, if you request an expert referral, with that professional so they can contact you.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing esther@njntrainandconsult.com.
